COMMERCIAL

Commercial and Public Spaces

Shopping units, offices and public washrooms where multiple fixtures discharge into one collection point below sewer level.

01Pain points

What makes this drain difficult

  • 01

Fixture counts are high and discharge is continuous during opening hours.

  • 02

Failure means a closed washroom, so service access and spares availability matter more than unit price.

Points to confirm on site

  1. 01

Excavate and bed the tank according to the site drawing; inlet level drives the whole layout.

  2. 02

Provide a service opening large enough to lift the pump chamber.

  3. 03

Plan the discharge route and non-return valve before the tank position is fixed.

05FAQ

Questions for this application

Can the station handle several washrooms on different floors?
It can, provided the combined discharge and the total lift are inside the station ratings and the inlet pipework is vented correctly.
Do you supply installation drawings?
Drawings are being prepared for release with the technical file. Contact us with the project conditions and we will confirm the current document status.
