How do I choose between European Type and American Type?: By the supply on site. European Type units are built for 220–240V / 50Hz at 2850 RPM; American Type units are built for 110V / 60Hz at 3450 RPM. The platforms are not interchangeable.
Which model suits a single basement bathroom?: A compact unit in the 450W to 600W range normally covers one bathroom group. Confirm the measured lift and discharge route first, because line losses reduce the usable head.
When should I use a DMJ station instead of a compact unit?: When the discharge volume of the building exceeds what a compact tank can buffer, or when the project needs a buried collection tank. The DMJ range runs from 25L to 460L.

Can a 50Hz unit run on a 60Hz supply?: No. Motor speed and winding are matched to the design frequency; running across platforms changes speed, flow and motor loading.
What protection class are the units?: Published ratings are IP54 for the 300W units and IP55 for the larger units in both platforms. The DMJ station pump chamber is rated IP68.
Do you supply units for other voltages?: The catalog covers 220–240V / 50Hz, 110V / 60Hz and 220V / 380V for the station range. Other requirements should be raised with the factory before quoting.

Does the unit need a vent?: Yes. The tank must be vented to atmosphere at full bore; a reduced vent causes odour and switching faults.
Where should the non-return valve be fitted?: On the discharge line, in a position that stays accessible for service without dismantling the unit.
What maintenance does a unit need?: Check the float switch, clean the tank and verify the non-return valve on a schedule set by the waste load. A documented interval is being prepared with the factory.

What is the minimum order quantity?: MOQ is confirmed per model and per market and is not published yet. Send the model list and destination port and it will be quoted together with the packing data.
Can I get packing and container loading data?: Carton quantity, gross and net weight, carton size and 20GP / 40GP / 40HQ loading are being re-checked against the catalog before publication. They can be sent with the quotation in the meantime.
Do you support OEM packaging?: OEM and ODM scope is being confirmed with the factory. Describe the requirement in the inquiry and it will be answered case by case rather than promised in general.

Which certificates apply to which models?: Certificate holder, issuing body, applicable model range and validity are being verified before any document is shown on this site.
Can you send certificates for a tender?: Send the market, the required standard and the model list. Documents are released once the verification of holder and validity is complete.
